Our cool and creamy 2 Ingredient Yogurt Fruit Dip whips up in minutes for a delicious, low-fat dip that dresses up any fruit in a snap!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces lite whipped topping, thawed (1 container)
  • 8 ounces low-fat fruit yogurt, any flavor (1 container)

Instructions

  • Allow the frozen lite whipped topping to thaw in the fridge for a few hours, or overnight.
  • Put the lite whipped topping and low-fat yogurt in a bowl. Gently blend together and serve with fruit.

Notes

  • Any flavor low-fat yogurt can be used for this delicious dip. We used strawberry low-fat yogurt and it was amazing!
