- Slice chicken breasts horizontally and arrange them in the bottom of a greased 9″ x 13″ baking dish. Mix the garlic powder, black pepper, onion powder, and Italian seasonings together and sprinkle them evenly over the chicken breasts.
- Heat a large pan with some olive oil over high heat. Add the fresh spinach, stir and cook until wilted.
- Reduce heat to medium-high, add the spinach & artichoke dip and the milk. Cook while stirring until the mixture is hot and bubbly.

Hi Baxter. Thanks for stopping by and hope you enjoy our Spinach Artichoke Chicken Casserole! ~Heather
Hi Heather…where do I get receipe for the dip…I don’t want to use bottled dip you see in stores. Fresh made is much better…thank you..
Hi Florence. We agree, fresh made is much better and you can make this recipe using the Knorr Spinach Dip: https://mysweetmission.com/2012/11/knorr-spinach-dip.html. Which doesn’t have artichokes in it, but it’s super delicious too! I used a store bought dip for convenience because we were at our daughter’s house babysitting their 3 kids. I updated the recipe to reflect your suggestion. Thank you and hope you enjoy our Spinach Artichoke Chicken Casserole! ~Heather
