Follow my tips for this Fresh Cookie Packaging idea to individually seal homemade cookies, which keeps them fresh and stylish for food gifts! It’s easy to do, especially when you have the right supplies and will keep your cookies fresh for food gifts!
First, have some clear cellophane bags on hand. These can be purchased from Uline.
Next purchase a bar sealer with a sliding cutter. This can also be purchased from Uline.
Of course, delicious gourmet cookies are a must. These are ‘Walnut Fudgey Milk Chocolate Chip’. Place the cookie in the clear cello bag. Line up the cookie to be straight across the bottom medal edge. Press down the top bar and slide the cutter to the right. Wait about 2 seconds for the cello bag to cool, then lift the top bar and remove the packaged cookie.
Here is a sealed cookie in a clear cello bag. Packaging them this way will keep them neat, fresh and delicious. Adding a label tells your friends and family what kind of cookie it is. Labels can be ordered online from Vista Print and they have lots of different styles to choose from. I use the Return Address size.
