Thanksgiving is such a beautiful time of the year! A time when family and friends get together to give thanks for all their blessings! So, today I’m sharing some of our best Family Thanksgiving Recipes.
Chelsea & Kenny will be home for Thanksgiving and they requested some of their favorite foods. Because Chelsea & Kenny will be here for a few days we’re making some special breakfasts as well. So, I’ll start with breakfast, then dinner and last but definitely not least, dessert recipes that are sure to please your holiday company.
Make your Thanksgiving extra special with some of my delicious holiday recipes!
* Breakfast *
This Sausage & Cheese Egg Casserole is one of our favorite easy breakfasts. It’s savory, cheesy and made the night before. So, your holiday morning is easy-peasy & delicious! We’ll be having this casserole with Chelsea & Kenny for sure!
My Grandma’s Cinnamon Rolls are so incredibly good that she should have started a business selling them! My Grandma made these her whole life and my Mom has made a tradition of giving them to her children for holiday breakfasts for years now, lucky us!
* Dinner *
If your family likes just white meat, or you have a smaller group of people, you could make a juicy Oven Roasted Turkey Breast (or make two (2) of them for a larger group). John & I love roasted turkey breast, as a matter of fact, we made one the other night and it was amazing!
Thanksgiving just wouldn’t be Thanksgiving without this sweet & savory Coconut Pecan Sweet Potato Casserole. I’ve been making this dish for Thanksgiving for many years now, because we all love it!
My Mom’s Fresh Cranberry Orange Relish is a delicious sweet & tart dish. It’s perfect with turkey and adds a fresh taste to any Thanksgiving meal!
Every holiday meal needs a good crusty bread like our new favorite Braided 10 Grain Bread. It mixes up quickly, just like my Crusty Artisan Bread in 5 Minutes, and has a rich, hearty texture and great taste!
* Dessert *
Libby’s Famous Pumpkin Pie is made by my Mom every Thanksgiving, another must have dessert for this holiday!
If cake is more your style, and you love pumpkin, then you’re gonna love my Pumpkin Streusel Bundt Cake with Vanilla Glaze. I made this one with some fresh pumpkin puree and it was extra moist & delicious! This cake with a cup of French pressed coffee for dessert would be super yummy.
These easy Saltine Cracker Toffee Bars have a sweet & salty toffee layer with a rich chocolate & nut topping. Seriously, need I say more?!
